The bowl a first meal comes out of, and the spoon that goes with it.
Two pieces in silver-plated stainless steel, in Létang Rémy’s Versailles pattern: a deep soup plate and a matching spoon. A fine bead runs the rim of the plate and the length of the handle. They come in the original fitted presentation box.
Létang Rémy silver-plated tableware, made in France in the 1970s. The house supplied French households and the hotel trade through the twentieth century, and silver plate over stainless steel was its answer to daily use — the finish of silver on a base that stands up to being handled.
