A small Italian silver plated trinket dish that earns its place wherever a surface needs a little order — dressing table, desk, entrance hall, bedside.
8 cm wide, 2.5 cm deep. The right size for rings, keys, a cufflink, or anything small that shouldn’t get lost. Some very small pin-sized dots of corrosion on the inner surface — consistent with age and storage. The exterior and rim are clean.
Small silver plated dishes of this type were produced throughout Italy’s domestic silverware tradition — made without a brand because none was needed, sold through department stores and gift shops as a household staple from the 1950s through the 80s.
