A wall sconce that holds its light softly, diffused through Murano glass worked in the grit technique: the kind of piece that changes how a room feels after dark.
Hand-blown clear glass in the Barovier-inspired grit finish, with small glass granules suspended within the walls of the shade, catching light at different angles rather than transmitting it cleanly. The form is compact and resolved: 26 cm tall, 19 cm wide, 11 cm deep, sized to work on a landing, beside a mirror, or flanking a headboard. Wired for 230 V / 50 Hz and fitted for a small bulb (G9 or equivalent grit-enclosed fitting). A vintage Murano glass wall light from a maker that produced for the major Venetian houses.
Made by Glass and Glass Murano srl in 2000s Venice, a production house supplying Barovier and the principal Murano brands to the same standards as the signed pieces. Never installed; supplied with original instructions and certificate of installation.
