A pair of glass ornaments that catch winter light and hold it — the kind of thing you hang once and find yourself noticing all season.
Each drop is cut from antique chandelier glass, sourced from 1950s Italian chandeliers. The almond-leaf form refracts light into soft prisms. No two pieces are identical — the glass may carry the lightest trace of age, a subtle irregularity at an edge, which is part of what makes each one a singular object. The cord is wound from cloudy alpaca wool, soft and matte against the clarity of the glass.
An original creation by L’Officina, made from upcycled 1950s Italian chandelier glass. The glass is antique; the form is new — designed and assembled exclusively for this store.
